My Background
I am a warranted Gestalt Psychotherapist and Registered Psychotherapist (PPBM 280), committed to supporting individuals in navigating life's challenges, enhancing emotional wellbeing, and fostering personal growth.
I hold a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of Malta, completed in 2015, and a Master’s Degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy, awarded by the Gestalt Psychotherapy Training Institute Malta (GPTIM) in 2021.
Over the past decade, I have worked across a variety of mental health settings, including community mental health services, residential programmes, assisted living, and independent living environments. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties while promoting autonomy, resilience, and recovery.
My professional experience has reinforced the importance of challenging the stigma surrounding mental health and advocating for greater social inclusion, dignity, and equal opportunities for all.
I believe that every person has the capacity for growth when offered a safe, respectful, and authentic therapeutic relationship. My aim is to provide a supportive and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, deepen their self-awareness, and discover new possibilities for change and wellbeing.
